The one-bedroom suite was clean and had everything we needed, including a full kitchen and comfortable living area. The sound of the river was soothing, and it was great to relax on the patio while enjoying the beautiful mountain views. The wildlife around the property, especially the elk, made our stay even more special.
Parking was limited and challenging at times.

Absolutely loved the sparkling clean one-bedroom suite! The kitchen was fully stocked, and the views were breathtaking, especially with the wildlife around. We were thrilled to see elk right outside our patio! The soothing sound of the river was the cherry on top. Definitely the most relaxing vacation we've had!

The room was exceptionally clean, with a fully equipped kitchen that made it easy for us to prepare meals. We loved having breakfast on the balcony overlooking Fall River; the sound of the water was so soothing. The fireplace added a cozy touch, and the shared hot tub was perfect after long hikes. Plus, the location is just a short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Super cozy one-bedroom suite with a fully equipped kitchen, comfy sofa and a beautiful balcony overlooking Fall River! Enjoyed the soothing sound of the water while sipping coffee. The unit also has a fireplace and shared hot tub which were awesome after hiking. Clean and well-maintained, plus it’s just 15 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park!
